Monitoring and Evaluation

The Monitoring and Evaluation Department ensures that TAD projects, programs and activities are carried out based on needs’ assessment and are monitored and assessed outside their departments, and presents the management with recommendations to improve performance and impact TAD’s undertakings.

The following tasks are carried out by the M&E Department on a regular basis:
• Conducting needs assessments and recommending what is needed by the Association beneficiaries.
• Designing instruments/tools, including logical frameworks, questionnaires and surveys, required to monitor and evaluate the programs and activities carried out by the Association.
• Preparing reports to monitor and evaluate the impact of projects and programs implemented by the Association with recommendations to improve performance and impact.
• Supporting the staff of TAD (staff of the Urban Development and Community Relations Department and the staff of the Programs Department) to apply effective monitoring methods.
