Maj. Gen. El Araby El Serwy, Governor of Suez; Dr. Hossam Badrawi, Chairman of Takatof Association for Development; and Mr. Ahmed Youssef Mostafa, Suez Plant Manager on behalf of Managing Director Of Suez Cement Mr. Bruno Carré, have inaugurated on Sunday 22 February 2015, Omar Ibn El-Khattab Preparatory School for Boys, in Kafr Selim, Suez.
The School has been upgraded as per the cooperation protocol between Suez Cement Company and Takatof Association for Development which was signed in July 2014 in Suez Governorate in the presence of Maj. Gen., El Serwy. Suez Cement has funded the upgrade of the School as part of its social responsibility. On the other hand, Takatof Association for Development has contributed 8% of the total cost. The total cost covered construction development works, furniture, equipment as well as ongoing development activities aimed at teachers’ capacity building and students’ development.
